We provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to our clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our teams also support a small group of affiliated addiction treatment centers and related companies.
We are currently in 4 states with 11 clinic locations, and our roadmap will bring us to 10 states and more than 50 clinics over the next 12-24 months. We have the resources and talent usually found at a more mature organization, including fully staffed teams to support marketing, accounting, and clinic growth.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Executive Vice President of Admissions will lead a team of experienced inside admissions professionals for multiple subsidiaries in both the autism care/ABA therapy and substance use disorder fields.
Not only is this position in charge of admissions, but the EVP of Admissions is a key person in the organization for client-specific data that informs all our decisions.
What You'll Do
- Determine and establish a client’s eligibility for treatment services by using assessments and screens.
- Monitor the census for availability and manage the wait list if necessary.
- Ensure the collection and tracking of clients’ out-of-pocket costs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliated billing company to ensure streamlined revenue cycle.
- Partner with engineering teams to develop new and current systems and workflows, including Salesforce CRM and internal EMR software.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Utilization Review and Patient Advocates to ensure streamlined UR and SCA processes.
- Be responsible for net-new revenue growth.
- Oversee intake/admissions in all autism and substance use disorder facilities.
- Understand the admissions process thoroughly and be able to walk a family through the process.
- Track reimbursement trends to ensure admissions decisions are being made in the best interest of the company.
- Oversee the admissions team and call center, including supervision, training, scheduling, and workflow.
- Partner with FP&A to spot reimbursement trends and adjust risk profile as necessary.
- Take inbound and make outbound phone calls as needed.
- Run morning pipeline meetings to drive admissions across all regions.
- Manage reporting and data systems pertaining to CRM.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with digital marketing to ensure the CPA is within acceptable ranges.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to maximize efficiency of staffing resources.
- Ensure all documentation and tracking of inbound and outbound communication is complete.
- Maintain VOIP and CRM systems.
- Work with community outreach leadership and team to find placement for clients not appropriate for our program.
- Understand EIV at the highest level of the organization and be a subject matter expert.
- Establish and track KPIs for the department’s productivity and improvement.
- Establish the current risk profile by region to determine financial eligibility.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support the growth of the organization into new markets.
Education, Work-Experience, and Other Requirements
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 7+ years of experience forecasting OON reimbursement
- 10+ years of management experience
- 7+ years of experience in Behavioral Health (preferred)
Expertise Needed
- Understanding of insurance calculations and EIV.
- Knowledge of Utilization Review, eligibility, and determination for specific levels of care.
- EHR/EMR, CRM, and VOIP systems.
