Empower is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to work directly with a high-powered female media executive based in Palm Beach/Miami area. The Executive Personal Assistant job requires a candidate with an intense work ethic, amazing attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and problem-solve. The female media executive employer expects tasks to be completed quickly and accurately, and the assistant must be an excellent communicator, with a great work ethic, committed to supporting the employer in all aspects of her life, including home and personal needs. The role includes overseeing household vendors, staff, scheduling appointments and cars, and prioritizing home responsibilities above business affairs. Currently, the employer manages these tasks alone, and the candidate must be available from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and schedule all service/maintenance around the properties (gardeners, pool service, air conditioning, monthly-yearly home maintenance, etc.)
- Logistics - Scheduling drivers/private jets
- Oversee household vendors
- Household staff reporting into (including weekly deep cleaner crews Palm Beach/Hamptons/NYC, plus 1-2 full-time people who travel around the homes)
- Home stocking (online all household commodities (candidate not expected to do grocery shopping)
- Scheduling warranties for appliances
- Scheduling appointments for Ashlee Clarke, Chief Executive Officer of Empower
- Oversee all homes
