Company Overview:

Company is a third -generation family business, founded & located in Paradise Island, Bahamas. We specialize in luxury fashion goods, including ready to wear, accessories, eyewear & fine jewelry.

Our owner operated boutiques can be found throughout three resorts: Baha Mar, Atlantis and The Four Seasons Ocean Club. Each boutique is unique, as we carefully curate each collection from some of the finest purveyors of fashion from around the world. Additionally, our specialty boutique boasts on-trend collections, swimwear, sunglasses and accessories for our clients to relax in style.

Each boutique offers a collection of apparel and accessories that have been carefully curated of the finest pieces from luxury fashion houses and on-trend brands including Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Christian Louboutin, Bottega Veneta, Loewe, Off-White, Emilio Pucci and many more.

Primary Function:

Assist the VP of Operations in all day-to-day activities related to Scheduling, Purchasing, Retail Operations, Merchandising and Inventory control. Work remotely majority of the time, must be willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed itineraries for work trips.
• Responsible for booking airline, hotel, and transportation during travel.
• Regularly schedule and plan travel arrangements.
• Assist in scheduling and attend client meetings as needed.
• Assist in regular tracking of orders and inventory.
• Regularly travel domestically (Miami, NYC, etc.) as well as internationally (Bahamas, Paris, Milan, etc.).
• Day-to-day calendar management for VP of Operations.
• Review all emails and ensure timely replies.

Requirements:

• Clean Driving record.
• Must be Extremely organized.
• Flexible with work hours (Retail Stores operate 7 days per week 10 – 11pm, weekends required as needed).
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Etc.).
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to travel domestically within the US and Internationally (Must have valid US Passport).
• Fluent in English (ability to speak additional languages a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Fashion (Management, Merchandising, etc.)
• Open to relocation to Nassau, Bahamas (or ability to live close to international airport).
• At least 3-5 years experience in Fashion.
• Heavy interest in high end fashion.
