Executive Director, Head Of Global Program Management

About the job:

Meet is working with a biotech looking to hire an Executive Director, Head of Global Program management. They are looking for a candidate that has deep program management experience across a complex portfolio and multiple phases of clinical development including from research and early development through late stage/post-approval. You will be reporting directly into the VP, Product and Portfolio Development, and will be responsible for understanding the assets, pipeline, and portfolio and what they are meant to deliver to the enterprise in order to optimize program execution while mitigating risks and planning for contingencies. In addition, you would be responsible for the strategic direction for the GPM department, including the objectives, operating model, and strategic priorities.

The role will manage multiple hierarchical levels of reports

Experience needed:

• Masters degree with 10+ years of experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting

OR Bachelors degree with 15+ years of experience.

• Experience of managing groups of 15+ people
