Executive Assistant- Hybrid Jobs

HYBRID SCHEDULE; MUST BE LOCATED IN CHICAGO

Day to Day:

Executive Admin Assistant for the CEO/Founder in Chicago, IL. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for heavy and complicated calendar management; coordinating executive logistics such as meetings, phone calls, public appearances, and travel arrangements; and organization-wide scheduling as required by the CEO. They will also prepare the CEO for meetings, public appearances, conferences, and special events, often collaborating with staff across the organization with external contacts. The Executive Assistant will also need to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times and make sure all communication from the CEO both internally and externally are handled appropriately and with a sense of urgency and sensitivity. They will also be responsible for board of directors' documentation and record-keeping, including meeting minutes, meeting notices, and other board communications as needed.
