• Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, including standard costing and inventory valuation
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Create stories based on numbers to effectively communicate financial results to non-financial stakeholders
• Manage the company's accounting systems and processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Support the development and implementation of internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Work with other members of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely month-end close

The Successful Applicant

• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• CPA designation is preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong technical accounting skills and understanding of US GAAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
