Job Description
Planned Property Management is looking to hire a Assistant to CEO to help meet the growing demands of our team.


Assistant to CEO


The Assistant to CEO completes clerical tasks for senior-level staff members. Their main duties include answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, and booking travel arrangements.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


The essential duties and responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Plan and carry out private and personal events with other colleagues.
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation for CEO and family.
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
  • Manage sports/musical season tickets, including selling and giving away tickets.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • File and keep track of documents of interest.
  • Help with daily time management.
  • Assist at CEO house with personal collection items and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letter.
  • Run errands as requested.
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.

This position interacts and interfaces with the following roles and positions:


  • Company leadership such as CEO, CFO, Directors of Marketing and Sales, COO


Education And/or Experience


Required:


  • Flexible schedule
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 6+ years experience assisting CEO
  • Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, business telephone systems, projectors, fax machines)
