About NurseDash

Our partner, NurseDash is an on-demand healthcare platform that matches healthcare workers with available per diem shifts. They deliver value to both our contracted facilities as well as clinicians by offering freedom, flexibility, and accessibility. The team has successfully launched in multiple markets and is looking to bring on a great teammate to help expand and grow the company.


About the Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships in one or more markets, developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have a track record of exceeding sales goals.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor client performance and provide regular updates to clients (savings reports, etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Works collaboratively and cross departmentally to ensure that supply and demand dynamics are in balance in market; and to ensure customer feedback is shared to be built into our platform
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of client strategies
  • Business development with potential clients in new markets or regions
  • Attend client meetings and participate in client presentations as needed
  • Executes account management tactics (weekly client outreach, site visits, etc.) and playbook (e.g., QBRs, client planning, client tiering, customer satisfaction, etc.)
  • Be the face of NurseDash to facility clients in designated market by building strong relationships through exceptional customer service and timely communication
  • Manages and grows facility relationships to achieve and surpass targets while ensuring retention and customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
