Job Description
We are looking to hire an energetic, entrepreneurial, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support multiple C level executives. We are seeking a candidate who is highly organized, relentlessly dedicated, and has knack for identifying problems before they happen.


This will be a hybrid working arrangement with the opportunity to work remotely 2-3 days per week.


  • Prior experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical or life science industries preferred but not required.
  • Build cross-functional internal relationships, including partnering closely with other Executive Assistants who support organizational leaders.
  • Act as a key partner on special projects as needed.
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of four years of experience supporting senior level executives.
  • Plan team building and off site events.
  • Ability to and prioritize a multitude of competing demands with ease.
  • Represent executives and team with confidentiality, professionalism, kindness, and efficiency.
  • Represent executives by email and phone with internal and external stakeholders including investors, Board members, clients, prospects and C-level executives and other partners.
  • Strong expertise in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Support two senior level executives, including heavy calendar management and prioritization, travel, expense reports, vendor management, and any other tasks needed to maximize team productivity.
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor Degree or higher preferred
  • As a trusted member of the team, you will be a confidante on all topics relating to strategy, growth, operations, prioritization and feedback. You will be a key stakeholder in both confidential and high-visibility projects across the Leadership Team.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Intellectual curiosity paired with a high growth-mindset.
  • Strong ability to handle stress and deal with the unexpected
  • Experience organizing team events and off-sites.
