Your Role & Impact
As a vital member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will shape the future of our organization. As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will provide strategic leadership in talent acquisition and management, employee engagement and retention, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and cultural change initiatives. Your role will be instrumental in driving our mission forward and supporting the growth and well-being of our dedicated staff.
Priorities For The Next 12-18 Months
Join us in these exciting mission-critical projects:
Champion the completion of our culture change priorities, fostering increased communication and collaboration across departments and creating opportunities for staff connection and growth.
Recruit and retain providers and support staff, ensuring our care teams are equipped to succeed in value-based care while balancing budgetary considerations.
Strengthen middle management by providing training and support, allowing our Senior Leadership Team to focus on strategic priorities and improve performance in value-based care and patient experience.
Develop a provider quality compensation program aligned with our transition to value-based models, enabling us to meet quality metrics and achieve our strategic goals.
Implement a sustainable Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program that aligns with our organization's values and expectations.
Your Responsibilities
Drive our culture change program, empowering and engaging our workforce while ensuring key action items are accomplished.
Oversee talent acquisition, payroll, benefits administration, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Lead employee performance review programs and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements.
Develop and implement training and career development programs, fostering employee growth and organizational compliance.
Provide executive-level support for employee relations issues, addressing claims with integrity and confidentiality.
Enhance off-boarding processes to improve future retention and mitigate organizational risk.
Evolve our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion plan to meet current and future goals and metrics.
Support the Board's Personnel Committee and facilitate annual performance evaluations.
Attend Board of Directors meetings and contribute to committees as designated.
Accountable for HR budget performance and procurement.
Achieve established goals and objectives for HR.
Your Qualifications, Competencies, Traits
Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, clinical credentialing experience is a plus.
Proficiency in payroll and HR information systems, experience with Paylocity preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience working with diverse cultures and a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and health equity.
