HYBRID- HR GROWTH!! Human Resources Executive Assistant, Private Equity, Hybrid/ Boston Full time role, hybrid with 3 days weekly in-office REQUIRING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND HUMAN RESOURCES EXPERIENCE
About the Company & Department: Well established and simultaneously fast- expanding top tier global alternative investments firm with a gorgeous Boston office and a hybrid model (generally all are in 3 days per week, with some flexibility as needed). This role is within the expanding global HR team.
What you’ll do: you’ll bring both your executive support experience and Human Resources coordination together in a mix of executive support functions for 2-3 senior global HR leaders along with HR project management and general administration of both HR specific functions and department oversight. Executive support functions to include calendar, travel, meeting, and expense management. HR functions to include being an active part of the recruitment process, coordinating the interview process with executive level candidates and external search firms as well as shepherding the process with internal hiring teams. Managing new hire on and off boarding, contributing to operations work streams and assisting with benefits administration, as well as playing a pivotal role in Workday updates and reporting requests. You’ll also plan and manage team meetings, conference calls, celebrations, and events in addition to ad hoc projects. This is a great way to transition, over a little time, from an EA role in HR to an HR Generalist or similar capacity- depending upon your performance and the opportunity that arises internally- which is anticipated to be significant due to company growth. About you: to be considered for this role, you must have 5+ years’ experience with a combination of executive level support experience (to include travel – ideally global travel-, calendar, and meeting management) in addition to working as either an EA or an HR Coordinator in the HR department, ideally of a professional services organization. Candidates without the EA experience or without HR experience our client has already indicated they will not interview. You have a BA or equivalent experience and strong technical skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Concur, Workday experience or other HRIS is a plus!
