We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled independent contractor to join our team as a Remote Events Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Job Overview: As a Remote Events Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our outreach efforts and internal coordination. We're seeking a proactive, organized professional with exceptional communication skills to lead event planning and administrative tasks. Your role will involve building connections with stakeholders, ensuring seamless event execution, and upholding our organization's high standards.
Responsibilities
Event Excellence: You'll be the mastermind behind planning, organizing, and coordinating pre-health conferences, college fairs, webinars, annual conferences, and virtual events throughout North America.
Engaging Communication: You'll be the voice of our organization, interacting with prospective students, advisors, naturopathic doctors, and the public through various channels to promote the AANMC brand. You'll also ensure consistency in messaging across newsletters, blogs, and web content.
Residency Support: Manage communication for residency application services, handle inquiries, and provide performance reports for residency cycles.
Executive Assistance: Support executive calendars, maintain digital files, and assist with marketing inventory for external events.
Webinar Magic: Coordinate registration, speakers, promotion, and reporting for monthly webinars.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in remote executive assistance or a relevant administrative role is essential.
Tech Whiz: Proficiency in MS Office suite, Zoom, Doodle, Active Campaign, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
Organization Extraordinaire: Meticulous organizational skills and time management are crucial for handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Champ: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key for engaging with stakeholders.
