Your Role: Project Manager
As a Project Manager with us, you'll play a pivotal role in steering government IT/software projects to success. Your proven track record of managing and guiding projects will be put to the test as you collaborate with talented teams, engage with clients, and oversee the intricacies of project delivery.
What You'll Do
Mastermind the coordination of crucial support services.
Team up with Project Leads to strategize and allocate resources effectively.
Be the backbone of support for day-to-day government tasks.
Inspire and guide contractor employees working on project tasks.
Team up with Customer Relationship Managers to ensure seamless client interactions and expectations.
Participate in project reviews and strategic discussions.
Implement cost-saving strategies and uphold top-tier quality controls.
Keep projects on track, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Contribute to defining project scope and objectives.
Craft detailed plans to monitor project progress and milestones.
Manage changes and keep project scope, schedule, and costs in check.
Employ various tools to measure and showcase project performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive project records.
Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members.
Track and celebrate the achievement of both short- and long-term goals.
Shine as a key player when collaborating with senior decision-makers.
What You'll Bring
A degree in program/project management, engineering, logistics, or related fields.
A stellar track record with over 10 years of professional project management.
Skillful communication, making your mark through clear and concise written and spoken interactions.
An eye for detail, an intrinsic drive, and a knack for staying organized.
U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Skills: PMP certification, exposure to government agencies like ICE/DHS, Data Management, Change Management Implementation, grasp of information technology concepts including cloud architecture and SDLC.
