Job Description
Are you a motivated and dedicated professional looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a General Manager to join our team in the Tri-state National Capitol Region. This remote position is integral to our organization's success and involves managing strategy, business development, growth, structure, budget, financial outcomes, and project management. What You'll Be Doing
Expand Current Operations: Drive the expansion of our existing operations to new heights.
Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients.
Business Development: Secure additional contracts through established processes in alignment with our corporate strategy and financial expectations.
Contract Execution: Ensure successful contract execution and coordination.
Financial Oversight: Direct and coordinate financial and budget activities on contracts.
Resource Allocation: Allocate and prioritize resources effectively.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and senior executive team for long-term strategic planning, objectives, and policies.
Business Development Participation: Contribute to business development pursuits.
Safety and Compliance: Institute a culture of safety and compliance.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Perform incidental tasks and duties as assigned to support team objectives.
About You
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or ten (10) years equivalent combination of education and experience.
Management Expertise: Minimum of ten (10) years of management experience with increasing responsibility and strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Business Acumen: Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and leadership.
Continuous Improvement: Committed to continuous improvement to protect company interests and enhance profitability.
Independence: Demonstrated self-starter and problem solver with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Sales and Marketing: Experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development.
Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting at the Board level.
Security Clearance: Active Top-Secret Security clearance or the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 (including Teams and SharePoint), and web collaboration tools.
Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage based on driving record.
Background Check: Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in a technology-related industry.
Experience with federal contracts, including Department of Defense and Civilian agency contracts.
Facility Security Officer knowledge.
Knowledge of SBA 8(a) and HUBZone programs.
Experience with SCA/DBA/Union/federal contracts.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or five (5) years equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Alaska Native Corporations (ANC's).

Work Environment & Physical Demands
