Job Description
Are you passionate about helping small businesses thrive? We are looking for a Client Relations Officer who shares our enthusiasm and is dedicated to maintaining strong and positive relationships. In this role, you'll be well-versed in the programs offered by our organization, with a specific focus on the Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 and 7(a) loan programs, as well as our own B:Side Fund’s programs. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering connections with lenders, resolving issues, and facilitating financing solutions for our clients. Collaboration and teamwork are at the core of what we do, ensuring alignment with various teams within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain expertise in our business loan programs, especially SBA offerings.
Foster positive relationships with internal teams, promoting collaboration across the organization.
Cultivate new partnerships to support our growth and expansion.
Provide exceptional service, promptly resolving issues to uphold our stellar reputation.
Collaborate with the Lending Director and the loan production team to ensure clarity on our role and SBA eligibility.
Analyze situations comprehensively to achieve productive outcomes.
Attend networking and small business events to identify opportunities.
Establish and nurture relationships with key contacts at potential and existing lenders.
Arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with lenders.
Accompany lenders on prospective borrower meetings to offer B:Side program expertise.
Work closely with the marketing team to identify leads and manage pipelines effectively.
Coordinate lender trainings in collaboration with various teams.
Build trust and long-term relationships with lenders and industry professionals.
Act as the primary point of contact for new lending relationships.
Assist in collecting necessary project information as required.
Stay updated on market and industry trends.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required, or relevant work experience.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and/or Small Business Administration lending or a related field.
Organizational Relationships
Supervision Received: Reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Supervision Provided: None at this time.
Salary: $ 65,000.00 75,000.00 Per Year
