Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Program Specialist to join our dynamic HR Business Partner team, reporting to the HR Program Manager. You will play a pivotal part in facilitating the implementation and communication of vital programs and initiatives. Your versatile support will be instrumental in the development, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of these programs. Your role will involve meticulous tracking of initiatives, gathering feedback for program refinement, and ensuring their successful execution. A combination of strategic planning, process expertise, and exceptional customer service will be pivotal to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful programs and initiatives.
Craft compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate new programs and initiatives to business leaders.
Engage with field operations and diverse departments, fostering cooperation and contributing to project success.
Contribute actively to project teams driving key initiatives, optimizing processes, tools, training, and communication strategies.
Skillfully manage multiple project plans, applying project management tools and methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
Evaluate existing programs, identify opportunities for enhancement, and introduce new processes aligned with overarching HR goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, researching and implementing strategies to enhance retention and engagement.
Assume ownership of tracking program progress, diligently adhering to timelines and milestones.
Demonstrate accountability for monitoring and assessing the performance and impact of various programs and initiatives.
Synthesize lessons learned from past initiatives to recommend improvements and best practices.
Collaborate closely with HR analytics to measure and report the ROI of different programs.
Generate program reports and analytics to offer insights into program effectiveness and areas for enhancement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of three (3) years of HR experience is required.
Skills And Attributes
Proven track record of progressive HR experience is preferred.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
