Your Role As a Math Instructor
You will play a pivotal role in:
Monitoring students' progress through Vanguard's unique multi-phase curriculum, tailoring individualized growth and improvement opportunities along the way.
Setting an example of professionalism and effective organizational skills by promptly responding to student queries, maintaining and updating student lesson schedules on our online platform, and holding students accountable for assignments.
Leading the development and creative implementation of ever-evolving lesson plans and curriculum.
Mentoring middle and high school students with empathy, recognizing the intensifying competition and stress associated with the college application process.
The Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess

Experience teaching at the college or community college level.
A solid grasp of classroom pedagogy, coupled with the ability to create engaging, customized lesson plans that incorporate real-world examples, sparking a love for learning.

The capacity to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
Expertise in SAT and ACT Math, particularly in subjects such as Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics.

Compensation And Benefits
You can anticipate:
Starting Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour, dependent on education, experience, and skills.
