Salary Range: $86000 - $141800 Salary

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86000 - $141800 Salary

The Enterprise Learning Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the company. This is a working manager role who will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business priorities. The primary focus will be identifying training needs, working with instructional design partners, HR COEs and SMEs throughout the company to design and deliver training that supports performance management, goal setting, engagement survey, career pathing and succession planning. Additionally, this role will manage company-wide training initiatives in areas such as team building, coaching, leadership development, etc. and assessing their impact on employee performance and engagement.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure consistency in both the delivery and application of training across the business functional areas.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of high-quality learning opportunities for the organization including professional development workshops, training, leadership development programs and programs to enhance wellness and engagement.
  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide learning strategy in alignment with functional areas and business goals with Talent Development team and SMEs throughout the company.
  • Steer a change management strategy and plan through adoption and implementation phases.
  • Develop plans and processes in collaboration with HR COEs for performance management, goal-setting, succession planning and career planning.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to develop, drive, and execute on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the Enterprise Learning team.
  • Partner with Human Resources and other One Call leaders to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of company-wide learning and development programs.


EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of overall Learning & Development experience
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business or organizational psychology or other related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and facilitating development programs across all levels of the business
  • 2+ years in a leadership role over a learning function


GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate change
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the development of program design and implementation of learning initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence key stakeholders, People team and leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Thorough understanding of adult learning theory, learning technologies and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
