4+ years of client-facing experience, ideally interfacing with senior business or operational stakeholders

Experience building and implementing new processes to optimize operations.

Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills to influence management; as well as, internal and external partners.

Experience with comprehensive project management; principles, methods, techniques and practices for managing projects of any size or complexity.

Knowledge of project plan development, project control techniques and project management software tools.

Management experience to assess performance and implement measures to improve performance.

Experience with Project Management Tools and technology.

Technical fluency with Oracle/PeopleSoft, CSU Common Management System or equivalent system; Microsoft Office Professional Suite, and Google mail and calendaring programs.

7+ years of experience in customer-facing project management with customer-relationship responsibilities.

Proven leadership/team management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development (Growth Mindset approach).

Demonstrate effective project management and continuous improvement

Advanced experience (5+ years) in project management and professional services.

Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince etc.)

Experience using ServiceNow (or other project management software)

Experience in ITIL methodology and change management processes

Investigate customer project needs by collaborating with sales, account managers, and consultants to understand project success criteria and technical requirements.

Experience implementing managed services and information technology solutions.

Strong advisory skills with the ability to offer credible advice to senior leaders.

Deep communications expertise with internal and external experience and a demonstrated ability to craft compelling stories.

Develop and implement integrated, communications strategies and messaging for specific key U.S. business priorities that span internal and external audiences.

Align communication activities with global and US national strategy and messaging.

Support effort to craft, set and deliver against metrics/KPIs.

Support communications and effort to execute against U.S. leadership speaking engagements.

Time management – establishment, implementation and the successful execution of strategic plan

Define accountabilities in a manner that introduces checks and balances between IT and the business units

10 years of cross functional experience required

3-5 years’ experience with a clear understanding of the “Captive” financial services business

Must have experience working with Strategic concepts and business strategy implementation.

Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience as a product manager, business analyst or similar role;

The primary responsibilities of this role, Enterprise Product Manager, are to:

Acts as subject expert for user questions about the digital product features and capabilities in production;

Creates and analyzes metrics that measure the user experience of the digital products including satisfaction, adoption, engagement, and task success;

Bachelor's degree; or minimum 9 years of equivalent industry experience or similar;

Provide people managementand help grow the skills and career of direct reports

Deep communications expertise with internal and external experience and a shown ability to craft compelling stories.

Develop and implementintegrated, communications strategies for key U.S. business prioritiesthat span internal and external audiences.

Oversee materials such as partner messages and correspondence, talking points, presentations, web and social copy, assets for owned channels, speeches, etc.

Lead efforts to shape, set and deliver against metrics

Support the proactive storytelling effort tobring the U.S. narrative to life

May supervise junior product management or business analyst resources

Strong collaboration skills to partner with a variety of functions and experience levels

Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to IT transformation projects (ideally enterprise collaboration and/or productivity platforms)

Experience working in a distributed team model

IT Transformation (or equivalent, such as SI, M&A) experience required
