Ehs Recruitment Coordinator

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The eHS Recruitment Coordinator's responsibilities include managing the applicant tracking system, posting requisitions, and facilitating candidate hiring. The eHS Recruitment Coordinator will also collaborate with the eHS Recruiter to identify potential candidates and support candidates through the onboarding process.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Support eHS Recruiter with sourcing, resume review, applicant tracking system, and reporting
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process and follows up with candidates on pending onboarding items within a timely manner
• Work closely with the eHS Recruiter to successfully identify and onboard new Contractors
• Assist with background checks
• Assist with posting open positions within the ATS and posting to external sources
• May require other tasks as assigned
• Facilitate the recruitment process by providing administrative and logistical support to eHS Recruiter
• Provide clear and consistent communication to candidates in onboarding

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

• 2+ years of Recruiting/Administration experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders including senior leadership
• Proficient in sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, use of sourcing technologies (i.e. Indeed Resume, LinkedIn, ATS, Talent Discovery etc.)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Proven record of successful recruiting on a national, multi-location level
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Microsoft PowerPoint. Must be able to create effective and professional presentations via PowerPoint or other presentation software
• Demonstrated experience in taking initiative and making sound decisions
• Strong ability to multitask and be adaptable to change
• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes including employment policies and practices, legal constraints, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing techniques
• Professional and niche Staffing agency experience a plus (Finance, Information Technology, Marketing)

While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California and Colorado compensation is $20-23/hr.
