Job Description
Job Summary:
Southern New Hampshire University is currently seeking a Student Worker with interest in Data Analytics. As a Reporting Coordinator, you will collaborate with analysts within the Analytics department to support the maintenance of reports, updating existing reporting and writing new content to support Power BI and Excel reporting. The student will gain experience in T-SQL, Power BI and using Excel as a reporting tool.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Evaluation of existing reporting, and supporting business partners’ change requests.
  • Review reporting to identify irregularities.
  • Availability between 8 AM to 4 PM ET for 2 to 4 hour shifts several days a week to work on assigned reporting tasks.
  • Special Projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Self-motivated, collaborative and great communication skills
  • Enrollment in an Undergraduate or Graduate program at SNHU
  • Work Study as part of their financial aid package
  • Basic understanding of querying in T-SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiar with Reporting Tools such as Excel or Power BI
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience with SQL Server Management Studio is a plus.
Work Hours:
Mon-Friday between 8am and 4pm ET. Total number of hours per week not to exceed 20.
