Job Description

Agility Partners is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator for a leading data science and customer insights company based in the Cincinnati area. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic talent acquisition team, supporting their recruiting efforts and ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the team on University Recruiting efforts as needed, contributing to our talent acquisition strategy.
  • Schedule interviews and meetings to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Support the pre-employment process for new hires, including maintaining pre-employment screenings and partnering with Recruiting Operations and HR Operations for HRIS integration.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage the candidate pipeline using Greenhouse, Trello, and Microsoft Excel, ensuring efficient tracking and organization.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience or exposure to pre-employment processes and HR operations, such as pre-employment screenings and HRIS integration, is preferred but not required.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of interviews and candidate management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from managers, recruiters, executives, candidates, etc.
  • Previous experience scheduling interviews and meetings using Microsoft Outlook, with familiarity in Greenhouse and Workday being a plus.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and other recruitment-related tools (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Excel) for managing candidate pipelines and tracking progress.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when faced with obstacles in the recruitment process.
