Operations And Brand Manager

We are looking for an Operations and Brand Manager to join our expanding team at Upper East Side Tan, NYC's finest, members-only tanning salon! The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, goal-oriented leader who has a strong attention to deal and is passionate about making an impact in this role. By joining the Upper East Side Tan team, you will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, early-stage startup and grow with us as we continue to expand to more locations across NYC and around the country.

Responsibilities:

Operations management

• Be an expert on operational procedures and policies and proactively identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure salon cleanliness and organization
• Report directly to Founder/CEO
• Foster meaningful relationships with both employees and members
• Ensure a standard of excellence grounded in top-notch customer service
• Manage salon inventory

Brand management

• Identify and execute influencer and community partnerships
• Develop brand marketing strategies to promote salon growth
• Create and maintain paid ads for social media, Google, etc.
• Instagram + TikTok experience is a plus!

Team management

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training and development of team members
• Create employee schedules, track commissions, and provide feedback
• Be a motivational leader that sets the tone for a positive culture

Requirements:

• Previous management experience (bonus points for salon or gym experience)
• Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing preferred)

Compensation:

• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
