Job Description

The Opportunity

Lead the growth of our Niche portfolio with ambitious commercial goals for the Christian Louboutin Beauty and Dries van Noten brands. The goal is to develop strategic initiatives for the US market and drive the implementation of impactful executions while building and maintaining a successful partnership with the Global Team HQ in Europe. The position is responsible for driving short-term sales objectives as well as the long-term strategic vision. This person would be responsible for developing strategy, 360 marketing plans, promotional programs, proactively monitoring and analyzing budget spending, SKU/category performance, and post-launch analysis.


What you’ll get to do

Strategy

  • Ensure effective communication of key learnings to inform decision-making and growth strategies for key accounts.
  • Evaluate and analyze brand performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, analyze ROI, create action plans, and provide comprehensive reports on product launches. Lead strategic recommendations and drive key promotional milestones.
  • Act as the guardian of the brand image and customer experience in the US, conducting brand and market analysis to inform strategic decisions. Develop business strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director in developing, executing, and analyzing Omni marketing programs and strategies to increase market share, growth opportunities, and enhance in-store consumer experiences.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and industry developments, applying relevant insights to marketing initiatives.
  • Implement impactful 360-degree marketing executions to engage consumers, drive sales, and achieve objectives related to market share, net revenues, and profitability.

Collaboration

  • Work with global teams on product development, brand content, and media program execution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and HQ teams to ensure business success, including E-Retailer Marketing Manager for online partnerships and marketing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales, retail, education, demand planning, operations, finance, and licensed brand partners and retailers to align marketing plans, events, training, and budgets.
  • Collaborate actively in launch tracking and delivery with the Demand Planning/Operations team.

Analysis

  • Monitor performance metrics to measure the impact of success.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence by liaising with field sales teams, conducting store visits, and staying informed about competition through trade publications.
  • Forecast seasonal POS materials, new launches, and animation materials.
  • Actively manage the P&L for each brand within your responsibility, including budget management and ROI analysis.
  • Propose new product and promotional ideas for the market.
  • Regularly analyze the performance of assigned brands, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor product stock levels and actively control inventory levels and forecasts.


We’d love to meet you if you have

  • Previous experience working with a licensed brand is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Extensive knowledge in niche fragrances required makeup is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of brand image and business strategies.
  • 7-10 years of experience in beauty marketing or a similar role.
