No Weekends ** The candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage all nonclinical and clinical staff. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical management position are required. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to supervision of all nonclinical staff, office and hospital scheduling, banking, and approval of invoices for payment. • Divisional Appointment Schedule Templating and schedule changed when applicable
• Paid time off Qualifications/Education/Licensure:
• Associates Degree
• Maintain Physician Credentialing
• Corporate Liaison answering to Vice President of Operations
• Responsible as Liaison between the provider/staff/patient
• Communication and relationship-building skills
• Practice Management, EHR and Allscripts experience a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Preferred)
• Oversight of Divisional Staff
