Job Description

Regional Financial Controller, Commercial Real Estate | $180k - $200k base salary | New York




Commercial real estate investment and development firm looking to hire a Regional Controller to oversee all accounting and finance related activity for the groups North East portfolio of commercial office assets.


With new developments currently under construction, to add to an already impressive portfolio, how would you like the opportunity to manage the financial performance of a growing commercial portfolio?


If you are an experienced Controller in the commercial real estate space, and already have your CPA, reach out to me now! This position will operate out of the company’s Manhattan office.


Additional benefits include:

· Four days in office, work from home Fridays.

· 3 weeks PTO.
