Lead, train, and coach Factory Managers, Human Resources, and Training Managers in ownership of Education and Training and Leadership Development

Ensure alignment of Education and Training factory implementation plans with factory KPIs, company strategy, and technical capabilities

Vet, recommend, and manage internal and external developers and resources

Define and communicate Education and Training strategies aligned with market, region, and business needs

5+ years’ leadership experience developing and implementing training and learning strategies in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment

Coordinate efforts, monitor, and recommend improvements of World Class Technical Training Centers at factory and corporate locations

Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management, build partnerships and direct teams.

Guides team to increase knowledge of market trends, strengths, and weaknesses in the industry and within competitive sets.

Lead top-quality team of Merchandising professionals and develop their skills/contributions to company performance.

Knowledge, relationships, and passion within the apparel industry.

At least four (4) years of supervisory or management experience with direct reports and

Knowledge of supplier management principles
