As an Assistant Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all cash activity, financial statement preparation, G/L, P&L, and Balance Sheet reporting. You will lead and mentor a talented accounting team, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all company financial transactions, and providing reliable and timely financial statements. In this exciting role, you will be a key member of the team, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller and working closely with the Director of Finance and CFO. Required Qualifications: * 5-7 years of progressive leadership and experience in all areas of accounting. * Prior management experience with an accounting team of 3+ staff members. * Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. * Ability to perform at a high level under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. Education * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Preferred * Master of Business Administration.
