Job Summary
This position is part of the Human Resources team located in Fargo, North Dakota. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Human Resources team and report to the VP, Human Resources and be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading innovative talent strategies and employee experiences to attract, grow and retain a diverse workforce. This role will deliver breakthrough talent solutions for Aldevron that will translate into retention, greater visibility to talent, and creation of diverse talent pipelines for the future. This role will be a part of the Aldevron HR Leadership team and collaborate closely with a wide variety of stakeholders including Aldevron Leadership Team, Aldevron HR team, business leaders and talent teams across Danaher.

Job Responsibilities
The essential requirements of the job include: Talent Planning & Talent Management (40%)
- Grow Aldevron’s leadership pipeline in alignment with strategic business direction, in partnership with business and functional funnel owners, to position us for continued high-growth
- Enable movement of talent as champion of succession planning and chess boarding within Aldevron and across Danaher Operating Companies to maximize internal fill • Serve as a resource to business leaders and Human Resources for talent calibration and continuous support to build readiness and sustainability of our internal talent pipeline
- Launch and execute innovative, scalable, and sustainable processes related to talent planning, succession, engagement, performance and talent development • Work closely with HR and Aldevron Leadership Team to continuously understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities to deliver talent solutions to meet current and future business requirements
- Act as D&I champion, ensuring a clear focus on representation, equity and inclusion in all talent work and interactions. Collaborate with DEI, TM and TA Leaders across Life Sciences platform to advance talent processes, programs, tools to drive progress. Participate and collaborate with ARGs to deliver on our DEI commitment.
Leadership and Development (30%)
- Assess coaching/mentoring/sponsorship programs and deploy as identified by broader business and talent strategy and current needs of the business
- Lead organizational effectiveness strategies for the business including strategic planning, organization planning/design, talent assessment, change management, team building and development
- Create and deliver a L&D Roadmap that will enable Aldevron to build capabilities and continuous development opportunities for our individual contributors and people leaders • Create an enriching onboarding experience for our new associates and newly hired/promoted people leaders • Partner with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to create and implement BU/function specific experiences and programs to achieve learning objectives Organizational Effectiveness, Coaching, and Change Management (30%)
- Provide tools and change management support on critical business initiatives involving multiple functions
- Identify, cultivate and coach high-potential talent through intentional career journeys, cross-enterprise experiences (i.e. rotations or talent moves), and leadership competency development
Qualifications
- Skilled in thinking through “how” things are done and translating complex processes into a user-friendly operating model, technology system and set of tools to drive execution.
- Ability to inspire others into new ways of thinking and performing. Champions a vision, encourages other to commit, energizes the change process and removes barriers to change.
- 10+ years in Human Resources related function in a multinational, matrix organization
- Proficient systems and technical experience required including solid Excel and MS office skills and Workday experience.
- 5+ years combined experience in Talent Management, DEI, or HR Business Partner roles
- Experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams required
- Bachelor’s degree (required). Master’s degree in organizational psychology or Organizational Behavior (preferred)
- Strong experience driving organization and talent intelligence through market insights leveraging DBS rigor
