Valencia College is seeking an experienced, innovative, and collaborative leader to serve as the College's Sr. Director of Talent Management. The Sr. Director of Talent Management is responsible for providing college-wide leadership and oversight in collaboration with both Organizational Development and Human Resources (ODHR) and senior leadership, serving as a business partner/internal consultant on strategic and operational Talent Management operations, to include assessment, implementation of services, policies, and programs. Directs and supervises the Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, and Employee Experience teams, to support the College's efforts to attract, develop, and retain employees.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in talent management to include: developing and facilitating training, performance management, and outreach; implementing various initiatives to create rewarding employee work experience; and managing and/or leading teams and full cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- A Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution, or any equivalent combination of related education, training, and/or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions.
- Please note that you will need to establish Florida residency within 30 days from your start date if selected for this position.
- SHRM – CP, SHRM – SCP, PHR, and/or SPHR.
Location: Orlando, FL 32835 - District Office - Monday to Friday 8-5; This position will operate in a primary remote environment (subject to change based on business needs).
