We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Hotel Director of Revenue Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel revenue management, pricing strategy, and forecasting. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Job Details


Responsibilities


  • Forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners and operators
  • Manage inventory and pricing across all distribution channels
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead a team of revenue management professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and packages that drive revenue


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading and developing a team of revenue management professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools
