Title: Director of Revenue Management
Location: Winter Garden, FL
Salary: $130,000- $145,000 + Bonus + Full Beneifts
We are a hotel management company in the industry for almost 40 years. Our hotel portfolio includes 30 of the nation's top-performing hotels and brands. The candidate in this role will join an expansive, award-winning 4-star hotel near Walt Disney World.
What You Will Be Doing

• Develop our overall pricing strategy -- ensure Group Selective Sell Guidelines are updated regularly
• Review and analyze STR data on a weekly and monthly basis with Hotel Revenue Management Teams
• Compile Weekly Performance Reports weekly to analyze critical drivers to market share performance and understand the overall effectiveness of strategies.
• Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through pricing and distribution channels
• Maximize our hotel revenue through the implementation of adequate inventory and pricing strategies based on demand forecasts, and current market trends
• Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance
• Have an emphasis on lowering distribution costs

What You Need for this Position

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of Hotel Management experience with a heavy emphasis on Revenue Management or related discipline
