• Provide leadership and guidance in the execution and development of various projects for RCM service lines.

• Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
• Assist in development, maintenance and reporting of Key Performance Indicators
• Collaborate with service-line leaders and front-line operators to identify the opportunities for value capture through improvements in efficiency/effectiveness.
• Maintain a high degree of adaptability, willing to regularly refocus effort setting an example for the organization of a data-drive approach to realize impact
• Help drive a culture of innovation across the organization.
• Reads and abides by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
• Analyze current standard practices and look for ways to create a more efficient and streamlined process to scale the business without adding incremental headcount.
• Support and coach operators in the development of initiative sizing as well as resource prioritization; assist to strategize and develop solutions for barriers delaying or preventing realization of impact.

• Successful record of high-level leadership with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management and/or Accounts Receivable in large, multi-state, integrated healthcare settings
• Strong financial acumen
• Strong relationship building skills

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University and 5+ years’ experience as described above; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of Healthcare management consulting and or professional services experience with strong emphasis of RCM.
• Master’s Degree or MBA highly preferred.

• Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Database experience.
