Storm 4 is excited to partner with a leading electric vehicle (EV) charging company that is looking to expand its marketing team. They are industry leaders in the adoption of their electric vehicles and are seeking an experienced Product Marketer to handle marketing initiatives for new product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing decisions.
• Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of our EV charging solutions.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and events.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Partner with sales teams to create customer-facing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
• Manage a team of product marketers and external agencies to deliver on marketing objectives.
• Develop and manage go-to-market plans for new products and features, including launch materials, sales enablement tools, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and engineering teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

Requirements:

• Experience managing and developing teams of product marketers.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product and marketing decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in the EV industry is strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on technology and/or sustainability products.
• Proven track record of launching successful products and driving revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns.
