Overview:

I have recently partnered with an exciting Financial Services company within the FX & Payment space. With recent $60M funding, the client is looking to scale up rapidly in 2023. The client is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Marketing candidate to join their fast-growing team, to drive rapid growth across various industries. If you come from the Financial Services space this is the role for you!


The Director of Marketing is responsible for engineering and building a brand for a company expected to grow into a billion-dollar business. They need a creative individual who can build a marketing team and work through external relationships to promote their brand through multiple marketing channels.


Responsibilities:

  • Bring in partnerships to immediately deliver brand value on day one - vendors, suppliers, and other strategic relationships to support branding efforts
  • Build out a marketing department that focuses on the end-to-end marketing process, making sure dollars spent equates to brand recognition and closed sales
  • Daily review and refinement of KPIs and sales funnels
  • Own the full marketing campaign lifecycle from ideation to execution and reporting
  • Own and lead all Marketing efforts for their branded products
  • Work closely with Sales teams, Engineers, and End Users to solve complex problems
  • Be the ultimate advocate for their Clients and Partners. Keep them informed of all platform improvements, integration opportunities, and creation/management of all incentive programs
  • Create brand awareness through several different channels including social media, publications, rankings, and other creative avenues
  • Work with Ops leaders to improve results from marketing efforts



Qualifications for Success:

  • Strong experience with copywriting, email marketing, social media marketing, graphic design, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills, pipeline management, KPI creation and tracking methodologies
  • 7+ years experience as a Marketer, in a fast-growing B2B Financial Services
  • Solid understanding UX principles, user stories, personas, and agile methodologies
  • Experience managing a marketing team
  • Solid experience road mapping and marketing planning for digital media outlets
  • Extensive experience creating and executing marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Must be team oriented
  • Experience building out a brand for a company that exhibited strong growth during your tenure
