SALARY - $150K Base plus commission, OTE first year is $190K with room for growth

Leading medical device manufacturer seeks a Director of Inside Sales to oversee 2 managers and 12 remote direct sales reps, (2nd line manager role). This position will oversee direct-to-consumer sales efforts of a medical device (e-commerce).

Price point is $1000 to $5000, and this manager will be in charge of tracking sales, sales reps’ activity, data analytics and effectively use CRM tools to coordinate and manage, (Salesforce).

The right candidate will have 5+ years of B2C sales management of a consumer product, degreed, and a proven track record.

Also must possess strong presentation skills ( written and oral), as virtual presentations are held regularly.

Must be tech savvy, organized and be clear in presenting your vision.

You can be based anywhere in the US but will work according to Eastern Time Zone business hours.
