Inside Sales Manager Jobs

LaSalle Network has partnered with an industry disruptor in the medical device space. With offices located in Chicago, they are looking for someone local to the area with 3+ years of Inside Sales Management experience to join the team as an Inside Sales Manager.
The Inside Sales Manager will lead an Inside Sales team to meet revenue targets within the defined segment and will lead the hiring, development and management of the team members to implement growth strategies and initiatives. This role will recruit exceptional talent, coach and develop their team to excellence, and drive proven sales processes to profitably expand market share.
Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Leverage all provided tools to maximize sales effectiveness
• Create, coach and mentor to achieve development plans for the team
• Drive the sales strategy and revenue across assigned geography
• Develop, mentor and manage team by establishing and executing individual MBOs aligned with Corporate and Management objectives
• Build and aggressively execute plan for achieving sales revenue and operating budget

Inside Sales Manager Requirements

• Experience working with distributors preferred
• Proven track record of consistently overperforming and exceeding targets
• 3+ years of relevant medical device sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree
