Inside Sales Manager Jobs

One of our clients in Skokie, Illinois is looking to hire a Director of Sales.

The base salary is $80,000-$90,000 plus a bonus of $20,000-$30,000.

Responsibilities:

• Generate reporting for management
• Coach and train salespeople, constantly providing feedback
• Lead onboarding and training for new employees
• Hold salespeople accountable to metrics to measure and performance
• Provide product knowledge, structured processes, and feedback
• Supervise a team of 7-10 inside sales representatives
• Maintain accurate forecasts and numbers
• Discuss strategy with the VP of Sales regarding how to further increase sales

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience preferred
• Experience developing and executing sales strategies
• 3+ years of inside sales management, preferably with a smaller company
• Excel and Salesforce or CRM experience required
• Able to work in a fast paced and multitasking environment
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Process oriented and organized
• Bachelor’s degree
