  • Partner with the People team leadership to develop and implement priority actions aimed at improving performance, BI+ED, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify, create, and manage industry partners and vendors to deliver programs concurrent with business initiatives.
  • Design, organize, and deliver standard and relevant employee engagement programs and events virtually and in-person (annual parties/rallies, recognition, speaker series, wellness offerings, and activities) that impact retention, build culture, community, and purpose.
  • Lead the NA annual/standard Engagement Survey, designing, delivering, measuring, and reporting, including analyzing impact, activating action items, and designing follow-up priorities, and communication plans in partnership with various stakeholders.
  • Co-develop and execute the NA engagement strategy, performance measures, and annual programming to drive employee engagement and connection across offices.
  • Develop and manage employee community connections and campaigns: All hands meetings/Meetups, newsletters, sourcing relevant content in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Partner on Global Impact initiatives for NA execution
