JOB DESCRIPTION

The 2023 Internship program at IHC is an unpaid 90-day unpaid internship designed for qualified candidates to gain hands-on experience while learning about the digital media and creative marketing industry.

We are looking for an intern who can assist the Social/Digital Marketing team with their day-to-day responsibilities, which include designing digital assets, creating engaging social calendars, and directly engaging with the audience.

This role will require creativity and flexibility to successfully assist both IHC and our variation of Clientele. This role is perfect for a multi-faceted, creative individual who is looking to gain more insight and experience in digital marketing, design, and content creation efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media content creation
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Work hand-in-hand with the Team to execute design projects for client activations
• Assisting with photoshoots
• Help with the creation of social media calendars and content schedules
• Assist IHC Team in curating client feeds, promotion, digital assets, and flyers
• Conceptualize and generate social material (stills, Instagram stories, videos, etc.), including shooting, retouching, and directing external agencies/creators

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly creative and innovative design skills
• ExcellentEnglish writing/grammar
• 1+ years in intermediate-level graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency Experience with design software, proven experience with graphic design
• Ability to take direction, multitask, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Creative Design Software ( Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Etc. )
• Experience with Social Media Platforms:TikTok, Instagram, Etc.
