Job Description

LHH is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for one of our great clients in the real estate space. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success with lead generation. This role is hybrid in the Tampa, FL area.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop all strategies for Paid Search campaigns including, test hypothesis, tagging structure, and reporting protocols
  • Have a robust understanding of a full funnel strategy using different methods to drive key leads for client.
  • Aptitude to own and manage projects, demonstrate creativity, and put ideas into action
  • Initiates, directs, and executes digital marketing solutions to support the organization’s strategic plan and objectives


Qualifications:

  • Strong experience managing full funnel of paid search/social
  • Experience working in real estate, consumer service, or similar industry
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Media,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attitude of transparency and collaboration/ team player
  • 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation


Salary 85K-95K
