Remote Digital Marketing Assistant

Overview
Dental Care Alliance, one of the Top 50 growth companies on Florida's Gulf Coast, is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Assistant. This individual will be responsible for assisting the digital marketing team in driving success to advertising campaigns and success for our local practices. You will work closely with the Content Manager to draft new content for our websites and social posts as well as manage and monitor our social presence. You will be responsible for the management of local search among other tasks
Responsibilities

• Create engaging and SEO friendly content for office websites and social media pages.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with colleagues
• Assist the Marketing department to ensure smooth operation of campaigns and events.
• Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
• Must possess a high level of copy-writing and proofreading abilities.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets and keeping records consistent.
• Must be able to analyze information, identify solutions, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Proactively evaluate potential opportunities and improvements in your or the team’s process.
• Team orientation and strong collaborator.
• Demonstrated excellence in organization, planning, problem solving, decision making, communication, project management and effective management of resources.
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills

Work Environment
This position will be remote and will have to travel up to 10% of the time.
Qualifications
Comfortable learning a new CRM, similar to HubSpot, Social Sprout, etc.

• Strong MS office skills
• One to Three years of relevant experience preferred but not required
• Understanding of basic SEO tools like Google Analytics.
