The Director, Executive Search is a fully remote position reporting directly into the Head of TAP and will own the efforts on executive (VP, SVP and C -Suite) talent recruitment across the enterprise. We are seeking a subject matter authority that can continuously refine the strategy for a highly effective executive search function, while also playing point on each executive level search. The ideal candidate will advocate Anywhere’s dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as model our ‘Winning Behaviors’ to candidates, peers, and executives.
Responsibilities:
- Display excellent people leadership characteristics with responsibility for 1 direct report as well as in the ability to influence executives
- Lead the offer process in collaboration with partners; negotiate and close executive candidates
- Collaborate with internal HR Partners and Talent Management to integrate a pipeline of internal as well as diverse talent into executive search opportunities
- Create and implement research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
- Deliver executive recruitment communication including search presentation materials, job descriptions, candidate profiles, interviewer/partner communication, and candidate preparation
- Partner with hiring managers and other team members to attract, engage and assess talent, build innovative sourcing strategies, drive and lead candidate pipelines and lead full lifecycle recruitment of leadership roles
- Create and maintain a best-in-class client and candidate experience
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle complicated demands and accept feedback, while being very adaptable
- Must operate with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality and with excellent judgment
- A solid sense of intuition for business with the ability to understand sophisticated business needs, compensation and business structures
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external partners
- Strong consultation and negotiation skills
- Strategic research, sourcing and pipeline building experience
- 10 years of demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally focused on executive search built through external firms and/or corporate recruiting
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience collaborating with senior HR business partners and leaders across the organization to influence hiring decisions and process
