Executive Director Jobs

Lāna’i Community Health Center, the only federally qualified health center on the island of Lāna’i, is actively seeking applicants for the Executive Director position.
This position is responsible for managing the overall operations, finances, and facilities of the Center in accordance with the Board approved policies, plans, decisions and directives. The Executive Director, and/or his/her designees, is responsible for hiring and managing the staff of the Center. The Executive Director supports the Board in carrying out its duties and responsibilities and provides information and recommendations to the Board as requested and appropriate. In addition, the Executive Director represents the Center in its interactions with the community, with local, county, state and, federal government officials, and with partners and other leaders in the health care community.
The Executive Director is expected to carry out all these responsibilities with high levels of honesty, integrity, humility, fairness, respect, kindness and competence serving as an exemplary leader and role model who is able to realize high levels of support from others within the Center and in the community.
