Senior Paid Search Marketing Manager- Ecommerce

Compensation Range: $100,000.00 - 114,999.87 per year

We are looking for a talented Senior Paid Search Marketing Manager-eCommerce to join our client for a direct-hire, fully remote role!

As the person in this position, your primary responsibility will be to manage the company's pay-per-click media programs, which encompass paid search and shopping. These programs are a crucial aspect of our targeted marketing approach, and you will have complete ownership over them. Your key objective will be to develop and execute effective strategies that drive more traffic, conversions, and revenue, both online and in-store.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily data feeds to ensure proper transmission of product and inventory data to advertising platforms, and proper health of the feeds.
• Identify opportunities to improve channel performance, both online and in-store.
• Manage ongoing test and learn environment to continuously test/fail/succeed/learn/iterate/scale.
• Track the full spectrum of KPIs from leading indicators down to conversion metrics to ensure continuous performance optimization and improvement.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for growth through optimization projects, testing ideas, and other key initiatives.
• Day-to-day planning, execution, and analysis of paid-search and product listing ads programs.
• Lead team to effectively manage programs and achieve joint goals.
• Manage budgets to meet company goals while staying within budget limits on a monthly/weekly/daily basis.
• Work closely with e-commerce/development team to ensure proper health of product data feeds.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams on various digital marketing projects.
• Including Paid Search, Product Listing Ads, and Local Inventory Ads.
• Oversee end-to-end operations of pay-per-click media channels.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Manager
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Paid Search (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Education: Bachelors
• Datafeed Marketing (5 years of experience is preferred)
• E-commerce (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Skills:
