Director Of Search Marketing

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of search marketing specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
• Analyze campaign data and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
• Optimize website content, including headlines, tags, meta descriptions, and images, for search engines
• Collaborate with other teams, including content marketing, social media, and web development, to ensure a cohesive and effective overall marketing strategy
• Develop and implement customized SEO and PPC strategies for our clients, based on their specific goals and target audiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and PPC, and share insights with the team and clients
• Develop and manage PPC campaigns, including keyword targeting, ad copywriting, and bid management
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, with a proven track record of improving website traffic and search engine rankings
• Current Google Analytics Certification, Current Google Ads Search Certification, & Current Google Ads Display Certification
• Experience with SEO and PPC tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz
• Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience mentoring and managing a team of search marketing specialists
• Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms, with a strong understanding of keyword targeting, bid management, and ad copywriting

Requirements

• Minimum internet speed: 100mbps download and 5mb upload
• Ownership of a computer workstation capable of running the tools and programs necessary to perform your role. This includes monitors, keyboard, mouse, ergonomic chair and anything else you need to work in the comfort of your own home, ready to be effective each day.
