Description:

This is not your typical "grab me a cup of coffee" kind of internship; this is an interactive & collaborative work environment, where creativity leads to opportunities to gain hands-on career experience. Our program gives each intern the chance to explore and develop their interests through mentorship, career training, professional development, workshops, collaborative projects and more. We strive to create an innovative, diverse and emerging workforce.

Our internships are geared towards individuals in the early stages of their career path who have a foundational knowledge of the media industry and experience relevant to the specific role for which they are applying. This is an unpaid, 12 week part-time opportunity beginning September 12, 2023 and scheduled to end on December 8, 2023. Candidates should be available to work up to 15 hours per week, and will be given the opportunity to work either remotely or from our NYC office, which may vary depending on the position.

Betches Media is looking for an Affiliate Marketing & Engagement intern eager to learn more about affiliate marketing and audience insights reporting at a media company focusing on web, social, newsletter and experiential marketing.

Learning Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Assist in product ideation, research, copywriting, link creation and organization of affiliate program on web, social, and newsletter
• Assist in affiliate marketing reports, analyze results, interpret trends, give insights and recommend improvements on affiliate activities and overall program
• Assist in audience insights and engagement data collection for channels such as newsletter, audience surveys, and community.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to receive academic credit from their college or university for the duration of the internship
• Must be current student, enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program at an accredited college or university

This internship is available for the Fall semester. This is a non-paid internship, with flexible hours (minimum of 15 hours per week) to reflect your necessary college credit requirements. The internship begins September 12, 2023 and ends on December 8, 2023.
