Responsibilities and Duties

• MUST have real estate marketing and sales experience.
• Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
• Direct implementation and execution of real estate marketing and sales of luxury condos in NYC and Brooklyn.
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
• Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects. Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
• Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
• Develop annual marketing and sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives for the real estate projects.
• Strong communication skills
• Ensure marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with Senior Management.
• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
• Manage the real estate marketing services department, including development and distribution of all marketing collateral.
• Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
• Build, develop and manage marketing and customer service team capable of carrying out needed marketing and service strategies.
• Drive to research and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Provide leadership and support for the design, development, and implementation of real estate marketing related products and service lines.
• Oversee development and maintenance of residential real estate customer database, gather the voice of customer trends and applies to programs and strategy.
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns; coordinate with company sales strategies as required.
• Must have great attitude.
• Oversee and direct real estate market research, competitor analyses and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives.
• Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
