POSITION:Director/Manager,Digital Marketing
We are seeking a data driven, growth-oriented digital marketer to join our team. The Digital Marketing Director/Manager is an essential role driving customer acquisition, retention, reactivation and rapid growth. This position will own a substantial marketing budget and will drive growth by building, measuring, optimizing and scaling a portfolio of paid media channels including paid search, paid social, display and affiliates as well as email and SMS marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple paid platforms with a focus on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube up and down the sales funnel.
·Develop and execute email and SMS strategies focused on list growth, retention and reactivation activities.
·Manage and scale continuously growing monthly budgets.
·Track and optimize performance, with a focus on scale and testing across the audience, channel, and messaging variables.
·Have a strong POV on paid search and social opportunities and make data-driven recommendations on new approaches, ad campaigns, or technical enhancements.
·Partner with creative to ideate and launch new ads that stay within our brand guidelines but will drive engagement and purchases.
·Analyze data from Google ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft ads, Facebook ads (and/or other advertising platforms) and bring forward insights.
·Develop and implement strategies on copy and landing pages to increase conversion.
·Design and execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI across all digital marketing campaigns.
·Partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute full-funnel campaigns in support of awareness, consideration, conversion, and pipeline.
·Research and analyze competitor advertising campaigns and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
·Perform A/B testing on advertisement copy, messaging and imagery to improve conversion rates.
·Set up and launch pay-per-click campaigns on Search and Display networks.
·Recommend and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring and targeting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·5-8 years of experience directly managing paid search and social campaigns, email and SMS campaigns/programs.
·Subject matter authority in all aspects of digital marketing including: content, keyword research, account and campaign structure, bid strategies, attribution and tracking.
·Experience using online advertising solutions such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, DSP, among others.
·Deep familiarity with all digital marketing metrics including CPA, CPC, CPM and RoAS.
·Strong Excel skills with experience building complex spreadsheets, including pivot tables, multi-function formulas and elaborate graphs.
·Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
·Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau or similar BI tools.
·The ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
·A passion for problem-solving and improving overall performance.
·Great attention to detail, comfortable living “in the weeds” day-to-day in order to hit goals.
·Superb written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
·Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
·Ability to work productively cross-functionally and to engage in collaborative thinking among teams.
·Intellectually curious with strong critical thinking and business acumen skills.
