We are looking for a Digital Designer who is looking for the opportunity to get their hands into everything creative. The successful candidate must be an artist who is a fountain of creative ideas and at the same time, understand demands of promoting a product or service in the marketplace. This is a production-focused position in the OLISC Studios department of an integrated marketing, advertising and communications firm.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Is detail-oriented, period!
• Has a proven track-record of independent projects and can also work with other creative types
• Thrives on deadlines, uncertainty and the unknown.
• Premiere, After Effects, Maya, or ZBrush a plus
• Knows how to work with people, projects, and budgets
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) at "expert" levels
• Is an excellent communicator
• Is proficient with the following software:
• Is knowledgeable about lighting, photography and videography
• Has an abundance of talent but is not a primadona
• Is a college graduate in Graphic Design, Media Arts or other related field of study.
• Has an insatiable curiosity about everything

• Candidates must be ready to begin work within a month of offer; therefore only candidates currently on island (or en route to return/relocate to Hawaii) will be considered.
• The screening process includes interviews, writing and math tests, reference checks and a background check. If hired, you will be in good company as your colleagues have all gone through the same screening process.
